10 STEPS FROM PROJECT CONCEPTUALIZATION TO FINALIZATION

Practiced by Edgefx Kits and Solutions

  1. Conceptualization
  2. Choosing right technology & design
  3. Tentative circuit schematic
  4. Programming
  5. Simulation
  6. Bread board assembly
  7. Re-designing the circuit
  8. Final testing & BOM
  9. PCB design & layout
  10. Final Prototype ready

Step-1

Conceptualization

The project is first conceptualized keeping in mind the real time implementation of both for Home and Industry.

conceptualization

Simplifying the complexity:

Increased complexity needs simplicity. This is kept in mind while considering fresh engineering students understanding level.

simplixity

Step-2

Choosing the technology and Design

 design

Step 3

Drawing tentative circuit schematic

A tentative circuit design is then made based on its ease of availability of components.

Step -4

Programming

If the project involves microcontroller programming then our expert programmers are assigned with the task of writing the program preferably in C or embedded c or MPLAB or AVR studio etc as per the selected microcontroller.

programming

Step-5

Live Simulation

The best way for design validation: The program is then invariably subjected to test and validation by appropriate simulation software.

Step-6

Bread board assembly

Small projects are then assembled on a solder less bread board while for larger ones are tried on zero board duly soldered,

breadboard assembly

Larger circuits on Zero board are tried on zero board duly soldered.

Step-7

Re-designing the circuit

During the testing of the prototype all the changes are recorded after getting the final output of the project as conceived.

Complete testing on general Purpose board (zero board)

Complete testing on general purpose board (zero board) is carried out before designing the PCB.

Step-9

Designing PCB

Thereafter PCB design is taken up on the computer keeping in mind the layout that a student can easily assemble and understand the same. The PCB is then outsourced from vendors.

Step-10

The Final Prototype

The final assembly takes place on the designed PCB and then is duly tested for desired out put. In case of any error the PCB design is corrected and the final project is then ready.
